Family friendly PAPI reopens

If you’re searching for the perfect family orientated eatery, look no further – PAPI is back in town.

Veteran restaurateur Benjamin Lung is leaping back into the dining scene with the return of this homey yet high quality Italian restaurant. This family-friendly food haven closed down its original Elements premises, but has now re-opened up its doors in Fashion Walk, Causeway Bay.

Despite all the wide array of restaurants under his belt, Benjamin Lung’s true passion lies in authentic, homemade Italian cuisine. PAPI offers simple but mouth-wateringly authentic dishes, with an emphasis on friendly service and a casual dining experience. Expect classics like handmade tagliolini and delectable antipasti including black truffle parma ham sandwiches. The florentina stewed beef tripe and sauteed French snails are absolute standouts – both hearty and humble that leave you wanting for more.

The new two-storey space tucked in a quiet corner of Causeway Bay is bright and airy. Dog lovers will be happy to know that there’s also an outdoor patio area for our furry pals – a rarity in Hong Kong.

If you were a fan of PAPI or you frequent any of Benjamin’s other ventures (think Isola or Gaia Ristorante), you’ll be pleased to hear that many familiar chefs and restaurant staff have returned along with the eatery’s reopening.

Tuck into a hearty meal with the family at G/F, 8 Cleveland, Fashion Walk, Causeway Bay or make a reservation at 28080820. papi-hk.com
